1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern admission to Abhishek Haldar School ("the School", "we", "us") and the use of this website. By applying for admission, enrolling a student, or using this website, parents/guardians and students agree to follow these terms.
2. Admission
- Admission is granted on the basis of seat availability, age eligibility and the school's admission criteria.
- All information and documents submitted must be true and genuine. Admission obtained using false information may be cancelled at any time.
- Submission of the admission form does not guarantee admission.
- The School's decision regarding admission shall be final.
3. Fees & Payments
- Fees must be paid on or before the 10th of every month (or as per the fee schedule issued by the School).
- A late fine will be charged for payments made after the due date.
- Admission fee and registration fee are non-refundable.
- The School reserves the right to revise fees as per management decisions and applicable regulations.
- Non-payment of fees for more than two months may result in the student's name being struck off the rolls.
4. Attendance
- A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to appear in final/board examinations.
- Leave applications must be signed by the parent/guardian. A medical certificate is required for sick leave longer than three days.
- Students must reach school on time; repeated late arrival may lead to disciplinary action.
5. Code of Conduct
- Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly every day.
- Respectful behaviour towards teachers, staff and fellow students is expected at all times.
- Bullying, ragging, use of abusive language, violence or damage to school property is strictly prohibited.
- Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are not allowed on campus without permission.
- Any damage to school property must be compensated by the parent/guardian.
6. Withdrawal & Transfer Certificate
- One month's written notice is required for withdrawal of a student, failing which one month's fee will be charged.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after all dues are cleared.
7. Transport
- Transport facility is optional and charged separately.
- Students using school transport must follow bus rules and instructions of the bus staff.
- Change or discontinuation of transport requires one month's notice.
8. Health & Safety
Parents must inform the School of any medical condition, allergy or special need of the student. In an emergency, the School may provide first aid and take the student to the nearest hospital, and parents will be informed immediately.
9. Photographs & Media
Photographs and videos of school events may include students and may be used on the school website, social media, newsletters or brochures. Parents who do not want their child's photographs used may inform the School office in writing.
10. Use of This Website
- The content of this website is for general information only and may change without notice.
- All text, logos and images on this website are the property of the School and may not be copied without permission.
- You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or upload harmful content.
- We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.
11. Limitation of Liability
The School is not liable for any loss of personal belongings brought to school by students, nor for any indirect loss arising from the use of this website.
12. Changes to These Terms
The School may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
